Casting Quality
1 - It is guaranteed that uniform distribution
of martensitic structure and carbides in the matrix of grinding media.
2 - It is guaranteed that our grinding media presents smooth and spherical
surface without casting defects such as shrinkage.
Breakage Rate
0-1% : No claim
1-3% : Free replacement of the quantity of broken balls.
More than 3% : Free replacement of all the balls in which size the
breakage occured.
Wear Resistance
1 - Wear rate is guaranteed to be 40 gr/ton for
Portland cement production at 3200 blaine with mills working under
normal conditions.
2 - Wear rate is guaranteed to be 25 gr/ton for raw meal production
with raw mills working under normal conditions.
